This system produces saturated wet steam with a dryness level below 80%. Its main structural components include a radiation section, a transition section, and a water heat exchanger. The convection section features a combination of fin tube and light tube. The main equipment is expertly integrated with a feed water pump and burner. Specifically crafted for injecting high-pressure, high-temperature steam into oil wells, it efficiently heats crude oil reservoirs beneath the Earth's surface to 392F (200ºC).
