This state-of-the-art forced circulation direct flow boiler boasts a remarkable rated evaporation capacity of 25MMBTU and a robust design pressure of 375psia (working pressure 2.58MPa). Delivering steam at a temperature of 233.8ºC with an impressive thermal efficiency of 92%, it utilizes natural gas as fuel. Capable of producing saturated wet steam with dryness levels under 80%, the main structure comprises a radiation section, a transition section, and a water heat exchanger, among others. The convection section incorporates a fin tube and a light tube, featuring essential equipment like the feed water pump and burner. Primarily, it serves in injecting its high-pressure, high-temperature steam into oil wells to elevate the crude oil in the oil reservoir beneath the earth to an optimal 392F (200ºC).
