Delivering steam at a precise temperature of 233.8ºC with an impressive thermal efficiency of 92%, it uses clean natural gas as fuel to generate saturated wet steam. Designed with less than 80% dryness, the main body features a radiation section, transition section, and water heat exchanger. The convection section is a marriage of fin tube and light Tube technologies. Essential equipment includes a feed water pump and burner, all coming together to inject high-pressure, high-temperature steam into oil wells, efficiently heating the crude oil up to 392F(200ºC) within the earth's reservoir.
