This state-of-the-art machine is a forced circulation direct flow boiler featuring a rated evaporation capacity of 25MMBTU and engineered for a design pressure of 375psia (Working pressure 2.58MPa). It boasts an impressive steam temperature of 233.8ºC and operates with a thermal efficiency of 92% using natural gas. Producing saturated wet steam with a dryness fraction of less than 80%, its main structure elegantly integrates a radiation section, transition section, and water heat exchanger. The convection section showcases a unique combination of fin tube and light tube. Equipped with key components such as a high-performance feed water pump and burner, this machine’s main application is injecting high-pressure and high-temperature steam into oil wells. This process efficiently heats crude oil reservoirs beneath the earth to an impressive 392F (200ºC).
